ubisoft connect always crashing

Ubisoft Connect/Easy Anti-Cheat made this game literally unplayable. I tried booting up this game for like 3 days but I kept getting "Untrusted system file uplay_aux_r164.dll" pop ups and would just close out the game. I tried verifying files, redownloading the game, uninstall and reinstall UC, etc. I love the game itself but holy crap just let me play the game without this headache.
