PLEASE <3

I'm in level 1-5, read all the info boxes and I have legit no clue how to fire apples or fly. The game needs a better tutorial imo, would be very grateful if anyone could write me here the controls because right now I can't proceed further.

I tried 2 minutes but i find that too easy and it needs more level especially for hardcore gamer, unless this game was intended for young players.
