I have 7 medium estates and 1 small estate that are maintaining their level because the residents are buying food. Three other estates I have, however, refuse to buy food, despite the constantly stocked markets right next to their house. There's 4 medium estates a short walk from these houses in the same wing of the city. The broken houses have all their needs furnished and do nothing but evolve until the residents get angry enough to leave because they haven't bought any food....

Running windows 10 and used the Bat run as administrator still did not work. Hope I can get a refund with this
