When can we expect Houdini 20 here on Steam?

Yesterday night everything is fine. But When I open it today from steam, there's a window pop up says I don't have a license. So I closed Steam and restart it then I found that Houdini has been removed from my library. I have checked Steam Support for products that is not in my library. It says " you previously owned this product, but you asked us to permanently remove the package" , which I have not. I've been recently trying to switch to Linux due to Windows... recent controversies.
