30 minute freeze time

i got a 30 / 15 minute freeze time popsicle award but i can't find it in my inventory. I saw it go directly to inventory but it's not under any category and i re checked several times. Where would i find it?

So many problems with this game. Is it abandonware?

The "daily reward" is messed up. I literally play every day, and it will still reset to Day 1 every couple of days. I cannot send gifts DAILY like it claims. I'm on day four now of not being able to send gifts. And my gems and $$$ disappear as if they've been spent when I haven't spent them. Even worse, when playing the regular hurricane match games, the button will freeze and not let me make a move WHILE I AM ON A TIMER??? I lose valuable seconds and am penalized for not finishing when I couldn't ma...
