Is it possible to get this for PC?

I remember being shocked that it was actually a good fighting game with fun memorable characters and catchy music. But this game look like it you know what.....ucks.

After I charge enemies with lb/rb some get stunned and show a LT/RT prompt over their head. I go up to them but the triggers do nothing. Anyone know how this works?
