what a workout! great for stamina training, i didnt do much or any exercise at all before picking this up, and not only its great at that its very fun, i even felt that reward of going back and fight previous enemies and noticing how much easier they felt than when i first fought then
i never did boxing but i did other martial arts, and this feels really good, only thing is that sometimes i feel the tracking can fail, its very very rare and dosent last long
in the outclassed dificulty sometimes it felt like the game said "nuh huh he aint gonna fall" or knocked me down without change of me doing anything, sometimes in a single punch, so that can be a possitve or a negative depending on what you expect out of the highest dificulty, it did make me up my blocking and dodging skills
