this game looks hilariously bad, is it even worth it for 99 cents?

Okay...it's not playing now that I've bought it. Is there something specific I need to do to get it to work? All my other steam games are working just fine. But it's giving me a '3D' something or other error when I try to start it.

heres the fix! http://www.wbmgame.com/files/registerdx8.zip double click and unzip if you run windows 7 or 8 or windows xp I think, you need to right click on it after unzipping and select "run as adminatrator" (didnt spell it right, but I hope you know what I mean) it was orginally posted on world basketball tycoon threads after the same problem happened in that game and it fixed world basketball tycoon, so I thought today "maybe if I play a game in this game, then that fixed the same problem in this game...
