YIIK album includes a powerful new battle theme composed by Ayako Saso of SuperSweep with remixes by the game's composer and Scarlet Moon family!

Scarlet Moon is pleased to present YIIK: Electric Soul Archives, a special collection of music celebrating music from the recent December 2024 DLC update to the eclectic post-modern RPG, YIIK I.V. It features an original battle theme composed by SuperSweep's Ayako Saso, incorporating melodies from YIIK composer and developer Andrew Allanson. Saso is a legendary composer who worked with Namco in the
1980s and 1990s and has contributed to countless franchises including
Ridge Racer, TEKKEN,F-Zero,Street Fighter, Mega Man, and so many more. YIIK developer and composer Andrew Allanson contributes an original theme inspired by the themes of loss and grief while Scarlet Moon's extended family of game composers, including coda (Read OnlyMemories: Neurodiver), Jamphibious (Kero Quest 64), and Frank Van 't Ende (Clock Tower:Rewind) follow with their own interpretations of Saso's battle theme, ranging in style from electronic funk to a beautiful waltz for strings.
