Played Episode 1 when it came out in 2014, and really enjoyed it, but I haven't been closely following the project. Are there estimated release dates for episodes 2-5 yet?

According to Kickstarter's page, next episodes supposed to came out in 2016. We are in the middle of 2017. I understand that during making game you can't predict everything and sometimes your team need more time, relase dates change and that is understable. But the silence from the creators and lack of communication with community is awful - especially that community already gave money to project. Infos, updates, anything that show you take players seriously?...

- Detective testifies that husband will inherit large sums of money. You object and produce the will which doesn't name him. Judge tells you you haven't proven anything and penalizes you. Try other random pieces of evidence, same result. (Clearly it SHOULD be the will, but the game simply rejects that). I assume that this is a pre-alpha release which has not yet been tested beyond the first minute or two? Or have I uncovered some new strange bug....

i didn't see anything that would have that warning XD since game is free will play.
