when i start the game the screen is nothing but black with no way to interact with the game

This game is pretty dang good, but for some reason, when I get to the cutscene of sparing everyone, the dialogue doesn't continue and remains stuck at the beginning of the conversation after ending. I've beaten the final boss 3 times now, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and am trying to figure out alternative solutions (such as starting a new save file), after starting the new save file, reached the ending, killed the boss, and i can't advance to the endgame sequence....

I just got this game and it seems to be an old bug, I tried pasting the infos in the options.ini but it was same already, and turned off AV, still no go

As said title, I am getting those a lot after the latest update, the game is basically unplayable now. Other strange things that occured are the game unistalling intself and having to instal it again, this before all of the glitches. The game worked perfectly prior to the last update....
