I mean, it was clearly intended to be put out if it's on SteamDB. Why'd Konami pull it before release?

Does anyone know where i can track down Saw 2: Flesh and Blood for pc? I can't fnd it anywhere. It thinks its on the steam store but the links now broken.

I wonder who else own the entire collection, all 7 movies, must be really really rare at this point.
