When attempting to launch the game from shortcut, it stops at the bootstrap loader. I then have to force quit the bootstrap loader, but when trying to reload it, Steam thinks the app is still running, forcing me to restart my PC. I've tried starting it from Steam, from the exe file as well, and no progress. Can't start the game, can't quit out of it, having to keep restarting my PC. Even tried running it without the steam overlay with no success. I'm running Windows 10 64-bit....

Just curious as to why I need to install the game independently after downloading it from Steam, when that is supposed to be the install.

Bought this as part of a Groupees pack, which provides keys when (if) games are available on Steam. I've nothing in my account showing a key, unlike a few other titles.
