Menus are too small to read at high resolutions. Fix?

Since I "upgraded" my computer to Win11 (now in 24H2), I am not able to launch the game. I tried to reinstall it several times, repair... WIn11 is clean install as well as Steam. Any idea?

Hey all, I've been revisiting this wonderful game recently and as always, really enjoying it. I have a 1440p monitor and the resolution I've been playing in game has been 2560x1440. I've been playing all week, no problems. Today I go to play and it only shows 2560x1080 which means its leaving two large black areas at the top and bottom of the picture. I have looked at my drivers, out of game resolutions, checking to see if Nvidia was forcing the game into some wierd resolution, etc. I can't figure out why ...

Anyone still playing ranked? Would like to get the achievement.
