We have been working on a new update which introduces a brand new friends system and a new badass weapon: the Sniper Rifle.

- Friends System (Beta version): Introducing the new friends system. You can now add a player to your friends list to know their online status and have the ability to whisper to them.
- Global Chat: introducing the new global chat system. It is in the main menu.

- Most of weapons are now freemium items.

- Armor system: introducing the new armor system. Armor decreases damage received from bullets, melee attacks and mines only.
- Extra life system: introducing the new extra life system. Melee weapons benefit from extra life when geared.
- Shortsword & Shield damage increased to 245, range increased to 80 (previously 75). Armor of 25 pts added (damage reduction). Extra life of 150 pts added.
- New weapons: Sniper Rifle and Water Pistol.
- Throw Axe cooldown decreased to 4.5s.
- Peaceful mode is temporarily disabled.
- Healing Staff heal increased to 300. Parry chance increased. Healing Staff is now free.
- Whip damage increased to 225.
- Shuriken damage increased to 85.
- Magic wand damage increased to 120.
- Changed max HP limit to 725.
- Fixed an issue where players were able to shoot from behind the visible scene of the game in TDM.
- Bullets precision has been increased (server tickrate decreased).
- The original FFA map is back. It will be the only map for this game mode.

Sinister Battlefield is a new Team DeathMatch map, supporting up to 16 players (8v8 battles !). Join other players into a new dimension of fighting !


The Hill mysteriously became The Jungle. In fact, we just decided to make the map more appealing to the eye. Nothing but visual changes. Can you find where is Tarzan ?

• Golden Crossbow : Bullet speed has been decreased (a bit).
  
• Daggers : Parry rate increased by 5%
  
• Melee Weapons : We fixed the "headshot" text display.

We are really excited to see what the future could bring to the game so we decided to make a lot of changes recently, especially about coins rewarding and leveling system in order to have a fairer and balanced game.

We have been working on a new feature : The Pickup System which has been planned for a while.


We decided to make the gameplay even more fast-paced and more active by adding some bonus to pick up on different places of the maps, here is what we added :

Force : Deal x2 damage for 10 seconds.
Haste : Weapons cooldown reduced by 50% for 10 seconds.
Heal : Recover 300 health points.
Speed : Multiply movement speed by 2.


With the recent leveling system modification, some players lost the access to some weapons (Especially when you bought higher levels weapons) since weapons now need a certain level to be unlocked & bought.

As a sneak peak of an important feature we are currently working on, we decided to add an XP boost potion on the shop. You can buy it for 5000 coins.

For 24 hours (buy time, not playtime) , you’ll earn x2 XP on each kill & assists. That way, you will be able to recover your weapons in no time.

We hope these features will please you, as we are always listening to our community and we try our best to add some cool features into the game.

Today, Battlestick has been updated to the version 1.4.1 !

As some of you found out, coins are harder to earn since the last update. Largely because we removed the King reward every 15 seconds (Still, King earn x2 coins on each kill)

We decided to add coins reward on assists, based on damage dealt : You need to inflict at least 25% damage to an enemy to earn coins.

We added a new skin : The Ugandan Knuckles !

Show da wae to your bruddah ! But don't spit too much on your enemies, we like them too.

We decided to remove the FFA castle map, as some part of the map were broken , and wasn't fun anymore.

• The Healing Staff (NEW) : You can now heal your fellows to help them hold the battlefront. Useful in TDM, still you can use it in FFA (but you'll have some troubles to win the game)
  
• Sword & Short Sword : As suggested by some of you, these weapons can now deal damage to multiple enemies at the same time (AOE Damage)
  
• Some weapons received modifications in their price, according to the new coin earning system

As some of you may have noticed, Battlestick is now under version 1.4.0.
This update was awaited, but we wanted to do the things right.

• Maximum level is now 40.
  
• Now, it's not possible anymore to buy a weapon if the player doesn't have the required level.
  
• Now, all the weapons must be purchased in order to be used ingame.

These changes were made because we realized that many new players choose to buy the last levels weapons without trying the others. Any player should be able to find his favorite weapon.

• Remove of the reward every 15 seconds.
  
• Now, the King earns 2 extra coins for each kill.
  
• Now, the player who kill the King earns 3 extra coins

Some players abused the reward to earn coins, without going to fight. Now the king is forced to go to battle.

• Assists system : Now , when a player who took more than 50% damage from you dies, you earn XP. If a player commit suicide after taking damage from you, you get the kill.
  
  
• Fast chat system :
  You can now communicate with other players through emotes. In order to use them, press keys 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 of your keyboard.
  
  
• Anti-AFK system : When a player does not move for 1 minute, he is disconnected from the game. A warning message appears to warn him.

• Reduced size of almost all in game texts.
  
• Rewamp of attack and mines buttons.
  
• Added an XP bar ingame.

• Remove of the Christmas event.
  
• Fix of some performances issues.
  
• Fix of an authentification issue.
