Is it just me or is anyone else unable to hear the voicemails? can't get them to play anywhere.

Hey so, I have no idea if my game is just glitched or something, but every walkthrough I have read on this game says that you are supposed to deactivate Wally's account using 'deac wally' in helpdesk and that doesn't show up for me. I got the email from Elise titled 'again' telling me to deactivate the account, but idk what to do. Help please!...

Hello, I would like to know something. I'm stuck at level 32 and despite hints let on a forum elsewhere, I never found the right password. I had to do the answer command. And I'm wondering where the password was hidden or how we can arrive at deducting that. Thanks in advance to lit my lantern....
