Update Information Ver. 1.0.0.3 (2017-12-11)

The following improvements were made:

- Improvements were made to handle an issue in which the program would run slowly after applying the Windows 10 Anniversary Update.
- Improvements were made to handle an issue in which IME conversion candidates were not displayed when entering text in Windows 10.

Note: The version number of the previous update notice has been corrected (Ver. 1.0.1.0 → Ver. 1.0.0.2).
