There is this underground base with keys to unlock rooms full of loot,never found the key to room 4,where is it?

I've only got two unlocks left in the game, from Ice Queen and Clean Up Job high scores in story mode, and I can't even get close to high enough with 100% accuracy and health, going as fast as I can, if anyone has any advice it'd be appreciated.
