This game didn't work for me. Specifically, I encountered what I understand to be a rare bug where I was unable to save progress between games and lost all of it between sessions.

So, why am I giving it a positive review? The developer is a class act. I purchased htis back in October 2024, and didn't even launch it to try to play with my gf until January 2025. We ran some missions, had a good time and started to get invested in it, but had to take a break to do things like sleep and work. When we came back, the save was botched, the forums mostly dead, and there were a few scattered reports of people having similar issues. *This was not the majority of people.*

So on a long shot mentioned by another kind player I looked up contact info for Trible B Titles, found the person on the other end of that who kindly offered some support tips and also a full refund. Well and far past the point where Steam would allow it. This kind of no-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ painless ability to exit a disappointing situation deserves recognition. They also didn't bother revoking the key, specifically saying they hope we'll get to try it again in the future on another system where the bug might not manifest.

By and large, the majority of players who pick up this game will be able to enjoy it. For those who don't, stories like this might motivate them to check and see if the software works without crash / lost data, to rule out the possibility, and for those few who don't, you've got a solid developer who's still returning messages and both professional and kind, years after the game released. I can't ask for more than this; you can't always solve the bugs, but this dev comes across as impressively decent and human, and that counts for a lot.

Try it. We loved the game, for the bit we got to see. Would love to have been able to play more. (I'm not checking that I received this for free, because I didn't; I bought it, had issues, then had it refunded, while being allowed to keep my copy.)
