i wanted to start playing this game but have noticed the games numbers are not great and am not sure how long the servers will be sopported for

I will be trying to hold group runs starting tomorrow, (Sunday May 26th/2019 depending of course on how many we can get on) around 12-1 pm eastern time. I would like to continue these weekend runs (Friday evenings- Sundays) again now that my cpu is fixed. My goal is to get an idea of when we can group to possibly run some Deity and also get an idea of what lower levels want to run as well. hello, I am a new player and I find that this game is really interesting, but i can't find any list for mythics from lv 1 to lv 50, I hope someone can help me, really appriciate your kindness.

Is there any way to boost this part of the game? Add some AI-NPCs? Make the game search add games already in progress? Create certain days, and hours, where players gain more rewards?
