Hi! I'm currently using Video Editor 23. If I purchase Movavi Video Editor 25 through the option "Upgrade Movavi Video Editor 2023 to Movavi Video Editor 2025," will the DLCs I own for version 23 carry over to version 25?

I have Movavi Video Editor 23 (and some older titles)...when I start them, I get a special upgrade price, BUT it is much higher than the full price for Movavi Video Editor 2025. V25 is 64€...but the "reduced" upgrade price from 23 is 84€ -> 20€ more expensive!? There seems to be an error....
