I keep getting a black screen on startup and have tried verifying files and everything :s

Steam controllers no longer work for me in game. It asks to press any button and it is completely unresponsive. Please fix this! Let me know if there is any other information I can provide.

I've tried my own Elecom and iBuffalo controllers that I use for Undertale, Metal Slug, Super Meat Boy etc. and Kalimba is the only thing that completely ignores them.
