I load game. It lets me press Play. I can choose a country (USA, UK, etc.) but I see no way to start the game? Clicked everywhere. Clicked the train, the flag, gone in and out and in and out, pressed Enter, and every other key I can think of (don't press ESC - it quits without warning). Still can't actually start the game?...

After loading up the game does not let you proceed beyond the select location USA - UK - Australia - Germany stage? Bit peeved as I LOVE this game and now it has stopped working.
