Or will it be really janky or barelly playable?

I am experiencing problems with parts of aircraft not showing up in game particularly gauges and panels, but these mostly occur with third party items both payware and Free ware . So here is my question how easy is it to uninstall and re install FSX and start over ?...

Is there any way to edit just the cockpit sounds? classic airplanes were noisy inside. In FSX outside views the goose and dc-3 have that classic 9 cylinder growl and prop sounds, but when you switch back to cockpit view they sound like a cessna 172. Any way to fix that?...

I tried to follow the link that was posted here to get the ozx grumman goose. but when I got to the tab that said it was okay to leave this site nothing happened when I clicked on it. Is there a setting I need to change to get it to work? If anyone here has tried and succeeded could you let me know how you got it to work? thanx in advance....
