-fixing some minor geometry gaps that became more apparent with CRT filter turned on

-fixed misplaced damage decal in main hall after first locked door
-improved performance in lobby by disabling shadows on some point lights that did not need them

I was playing some games on my Steam Deck using ReShade to add a CRT filter to the experience (as an aside, know what game looks really nice on a CRT monitor, or with a CRT shader? Firewatch.) and so I tried it out on Toilet Spiders and I was like... damn this looks nice. But a lover of Toilet Spiders like yourself shouldn't have to use a third-party tool to get this sweet sweet CRT look, I should just put it right in the game! So, dear reader, that's exactly how I spent my Saturday.

In the options you'll now find a "CRT" toggle. It's off by default, but if you really want the fully late-90s experience to go with the low poly models and unfiltered textures, toggle that bad boy on. You'll be happy you did.

And now, truly, on to maintenance mode as I focus on the next entry in Fullbright Presents. They're out of Early Access, y'all...

Since the initial Early Access release, the first entry in the Fullbright Presents series of short, strange games now features a new intro and ending sequence, new notes to find and Achievements to achieve, plenty of bugfixes and performance improvements, new spooky scare moments, more usability and controller features, and... Commentary Mode?!

I'm excited to bring this weird game out of Early Access with the 1.0 Update. Here's the latest in Version 1.0:

• Randomized Scripted Scare Moments: The spiders have escaped their toilets... Players have requested more life to the facility in between bathrooms, so as of v1.0, you may now encounter unexpected events during your playthrough. Keep your eyes peeled...
  
• Along with the controller vibration that was added in the last update, there is now DualShock 4/DualSense controller light support on desktop! If you have a PlayStation controller handy, give it a go.
  
• "Resource Peek" ability added! I got tired of having to pause the game to check my light bulb/flashbang count when entering a bathroom, so now you can hold R1/Tab at any time to "peek" at what you have in your pockets.
  
• Super rare spider kill variant, by request (of a five-year-old.) Exactly one out of the 100 spiders present in the facility has now learned karate.
  
• Commentary Mode! Like all Fullbright games, Toilet Spiders now has a dedicated Commentary Mode. Just toggle it on in the options and a selection of Commentary icons will appear throughout the facility. Activating them will give you a little insight into the inspirations for the game, how it was made, how it works under the hood, and other little bits and bobs! It was fun to make and I hope you'll enjoy learning a little bit more about where the game came from. I mean, Half-Life 2 just did it, why not us? Oh, and there's a new Achievement for finding all the Commentary nodes in one run as well.

From this point forward Toilet Spiders will be in maintenance mode-- so if you run into any major bugs, let me know in the Steam discussion forums. And if any new translation languages come in, I'll add those in an update as well! (If you'd like to do a translation into your language and be credited in the game, take a look in the Steam discussion forum for instructions.)

Bugfixes and tweaks:

• Fixed a visual gap in the floor in the storage room behind Barracks, a couple of places where the player's view could get inside an occluder volume.
  
• Fixed one or more instances where controller vibration could continue when it wasn't supposed to.
  
• Improved a couple instances of frame hitches on interact.
  
• Improved visual appearance of volumetric lights.
  
• Fixed issue where vertical look sensitivity was scaled down too much compared to horizontal when using mouse.
  
• Fixed issue where player couldn't pause or interact while "Volunteers Remaining" text appeared onscreen.
  
• Ensuring menu flow on backing out of restart confirmation screen works as intended in all cases.
  
• Fixed an issue where if you died/restarted while standing in the Courtyard, main camera's clear flag would be set improperly.
  
• Fixed issue where you could hear the audio fade up twice in a row when restarting in certain situations.

Hotfix for a stuck bug that was discovered in the barracks-- no, not a spider that was stuck, but a place the player could get stuck, if they tried to climb inside the footlocker trunk that has its lid busted off and leaning there like a little ramp. You used to be able to climb in there and then you couldn't get out; now you can't get in at all.

Please, the footlockers are not a jungle gym.

Patch notes to go along with Update #3:

• Controller rumble support added throughout. User can toggle vibration in Options.
  
• Performance improvements to bring perf back up to 60fps on Steam Deck
  
• Fix for a rare softlock that was introduced on Lucky Coin pickup
  
• A couple of other minor fixes and presentation tweaks

The VIBES UPDATE is here! As you may have guessed, the big addition is full controller vibration support throughout the game. Now when your geiger counter goes off you'll feel it rumble in your hands, along with rumble feedback for other interactions and scripted moments. Controller rumble support is a first for a Fullbright game! It was fun to get figured out and get working and wired up throughout the game. Rumble is best experienced with a controller on desktop, or via an external controller on Steam Deck-- I've found that the internal Steam Deck controller rumble support is really.. let's say, subtle, though it is there. And if you're not a fan, you can toggle it off in the options. If you encounter any issues with the rumble feature (or anything else) click on over to the Steam Discussions board and let me know!

Speaking of Steam Deck, I also found that after a recent OS update, it seemed like performance had degraded by 5-10 fps throughout the game (and across a variety of other games on Deck, in my testing.) My first blush reaction was kind of like, well, it's an OS update, what can you do-- but, regardless of the cause, it made the experience of playing the game on Deck slightly worse for users... so I found a way to gain back a good amount of performance, and so with this update the game is back up to a solid 60fps throughout the experience (with the occasional single-frame blip into the 57/58-ish fps range, depending on what the player is doing.) And those performance gains will translate to desktop/laptop as well-- so enjoy your frames!

In the prior update I also managed to introduce a very rare soft lock that could happen when picking up a Lucky Coin. That is now fixed-- or so I believe!! Again, if you run into any crashes, hangs, soft locks or other stuck spots, just throw a post in the Discussions forum.
