Survivors,

Our team brought God Save Birmingham to Gamescom and PAX West this year for its grand debut! We were excited to reveal it, as well as bring a playable demo for those who visited our booth.

And, to be honest, we felt flattered by how much interest and enthusiasm you showed even at such an early stage, telling us you were really drawn by what the game is about. Seeing how players came by to check out God Save Birmingham was encouraging for the small development team (which started off with only 2 people, now grown to 6 very recently).

If you weren’t at the events, there is no need to feel like you missed out. As with all our games, we will stay true to our development philosophy of shaping our games with our community–and that means there will be opportunities for you to get your hands on God Save Birmingham and share your thoughts!

Welcome to God Save Birmingham

Dear Survivor,

Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life in God Save Birmingham.

Thank you for finding our humble abode on Steam and joining us on our path to create a hardcore zombie survival sandbox set in medieval Birmingham, with real physics and beautiful graphics set in medieval Birmingham.

We've been working on the game for only five months so far–with just two of us in the first four months, and now a strong team of six. With a bigger team, we hope to ramp up our development to bring you the playable version of God Save Birmingham as soon as possible.

Our studio’s belief is that our game can stand out as one of the best in the genre by listening to and integrating feedback from our players, who also love the genre as we do. Rest assured that we always hold fast to this belief and plan to bring you betas to test, and then launch into Early Access to polish the game with you over multiple updates.

We can't wait to share what we're working on as we go, so WISHLIST and FOLLOW us to stay informed of new waves of the infestation.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye We Have An Announcement

Well met!

We are pleased to announce that our newest title, God Save Birmingham, will be attending Gamescom (Booth: C079 located in Hall: 10.1), and PAX West (Booth: 317) this year. We are excited to share this momentous experience as we reveal our latest title to the world.

God Save Birmingham immerses you in a struggle for survival set in 14th-century Birmingham, England. While you may think staying alive is just about scavenging for food and water, you would be wrong. This challenging zombie survival game is filled with physics-based mechanics, which both help and hamper your efforts to survive the undead. Move, lift, and barricade using objects to help prolong your survival. Watch your step as you run from your former neighbors, or you might find yourself tripping as gravity is not your friend. Stab, kick, and stomp your way through Birmingham; perhaps you will prevail in this forsaken town.

Still seems easy ay? Swing by our booths to give it a try and we’ll see if you can escape the horrors of Birmingham. If you have any questions, feel free to catch any one of our ODS Team members lurking around the booth!
