When patch is applied and user fulfills requirements for 'Excommunicado' achievement, game is properly returned to gameplay, with 'Fugitive' achievement listed in in-game achievements, but Steam achievement does not pop up. Moreover, game starts showing Loading Error Failed to load: audio/se/%EF%BC%95%E3%82%A2%E3%82%A4%E3%83%86%E3%83%A0%E5%85%A5%E6%89%8B%EF%BC%92.ogg every 5 seconds or so. This persists until reboot.
