I know people have been mentioning it for years, but asking about it again can't hurt. Is there any way to edit the sprites of the prisoners/guards? I've been looking through the files, and all I can find are the tilesets, speech files, etc. Is there a sprite sheet or something anywhere? I'm guessing that, since I can't find them easily, they're probably contained in some strange format in a text file somewhere. Any input on this?...
