Getting stuck on connecting to network screen in NA region

I tried playing ranked against a friend for the first time and although me and my opponent both pressed "ready", we were just stuck on the ranked room screen and the game didn´t start, although The timer above the ready button had dissapeared and the color of the ready text changed....

game looked like it might be interesting but..... Your data collection policy seems pretty suspect. What data are you collecting exactly. If it's just game stats for anti-cheat that seems reasonable, but it does not say that. IP address, browser history, etc? There is no way to tell. It says your personally identifiable data will never be shared, which implies you are collecting it. If that is the case what are you collecting it for exactly. Also discussions --> all , does not show how many players are...

You can't pick up and play the game without an active internet connection (live service) and if you're on a less-than-reliable connection like my Starlink, you'll get kicked right out of your game in progress as soon as your connection hiccups. After that, it's an alt-f4 to force kill the game as it tries to reconnect to the server but never recovers. I understand the dev wants to compile use data and whatnot, but I don't see any reason why this game needs to be be online-only all the time....

If simplified Chinese could be added,this game would attract a lot of players from China.
