Disabled ability to be reinforced if you spawn as a playable enemy, however never spawn playable enemy has been turned off by default in world settings to avoid confusion)

- You can now hold a flashlight and revolver or flare gun at the same time + new flashlight model & animations
- Persistent gas stations & soda machines across entire map (This means you can't load back in a area you have already been to and use the soda machine again or have the gas station fuel level reset)
- Damage Overhaul (Includes improved hitboxes & changes to how damage is dealt to enemies)
- Probability item spawns (Items are not just spawned completely randomly anymore, each item has a probability to spawn. For example powerful weapons like snipers and other ammo types are more rare to find than a gas canister. With this being the case, items like revolvers and mp5s were given a significant buff)

Why is this update called Resurrection Finale?
We are moving on to putting all hands on deck to hopefully get the forest map out sometime in July and feel this update was solid enough to leave off on while we switch all focus on to the forest map. It also marks the end of QOL/Revamps to the current version of the game.

Does this mean we are done bug fixing and optimizing?
OF COURSE NOT! It just means as soon as the forest is out we will come back to optimizing and bug fixing. Unless of course it is very pressing such as a larger game breaking bug.

Does this mean the current weapon system/damage system isn't changing anymore?
OF COURSE NOT! I think moving to the improved aiming was a step in the right direction, however the problem is balancing the difficulty and horror of the game when this change was made. I am well aware this is a horror game, and not the next COD zombies. So in this most recent update I have introduced ammo rarity hopefully making you think carefully about each shot. Too easy? Too hard? Too boring? Let us know in the comments or discussions!

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING GAME THREAD WAITING FOR RENDER THREAD CRASHES/FREEZES AFTER RESURRECTION UPDATES:
Please delete your engine.ini file inside of /AppData/Local/NuclearNightmare/Saved/Config/Windows/
For some strange reason some users engine.ini files corrupted causing strange freezes after recent updates. Fortunately a simple delete of this file should fix things up. If not please let me know in the comments so we can look into it further.

- Damage System Overhaul:
Enemies now have different damage systems depending on their form. For example the mushroom headed enemy can take many shots to it's larger head but it's back legs are weaker one shots. Overall enemies are harder to kill and you will have to plan more strategically where your shots land, hopefully balancing out new shooting system.

- Perk System Overhaul:
Perks added are Signal pair (Allows two shots from the flare gun), Detonation Zone (Increase grenades range), Dog senses (Dogs will start growling if infected, when interacting with them you will become infected), Quick pin (Grenades explode instantly when hitting any surface), Infection detector (Only beeps for infected humans now)

Perks reworked were Oil Conservation (Speed decreases only to 15% now), Home free (Allows end game helicopter to be called without turning on the satellite), Soft feet (Removed negative that caused slower movement speed), Jetpack Ride (Now acts like a true jetpack allowing the user to fly around by pressing space and to move in the air at faster speeds by holding shift), Nightmare detector (Only shows for user that has the perk equipped)

Fixes/Optimizations:
- Sniper nerfed (if hip firing massive recoil)
- Invisible enemy fix (This specific instance was caused when blowing an enemy up with a grenade)
- Saving empty name preset fixed
- Dog corpse death animation playing for base camp 1 objective fixed
- Heating incorrect at airport building fixed
- Worm getting stuck out of ground improved
- Significant performance increases overall (lots of lighting & texture optimizations)
- Game thread waiting for render thread crash fix (Should be fixed for good however the crash is a rare occurrence so please let me know if you see it again) (Caused by item spawns having hard refs during level streaming so memory usage should also see a benefit from this change)

Hello researchers. The AISF has released new documents regarding potential changes in the arctic environments.
Mother nature has brought a lot of changes and fixes for you all, so lets dive right in.

📢 - **Overview**
- New mimic enemy.
- New weapon, the MP5!
- New vehicle. The Snowcat, granted by the AISF.
- New helicopter model.
- Randomized objectives.
- Barricade item.
- Movable lasers.
- Enemy & vehicle frequency world settings.

🛠️ - **Fixes**
- Certain audio not working with volume sliders.
- Bullets can no longer kill their producer.
- Improved crosshair that shows where your bullet will land.
- Creatures have been gene spliced to remove invisibility.
- Fixed an issue where you would be unable to interact with objects that take time to complete (like generators).
- The helicopter no longer slides.
- Perk machine *should* no longer soft-lock players.
- Perk machine will allow a re-roll if cut by power.
- Perk machine no longer displays "re-roll" if you do not have enough perks equipped to re-roll.
- Perk machine infinite re-roll glitch. (cheaters.)
- Perk text improvements.
- Windows and other glass materials no longer visible through fog.
- Ammo boxes have been optimized from 50k polygons to 50.
- Laser keyboard sound issues.
- Addressed music overlap and music persisting after enemy death.
- SIGNIFICANT AI optimizations (10x in some cases).
- Vehicles now teleport you outside the door when leaving, as opposed to clipping you inside.
- Rare issue where players could not use the laptop after respawning.
- Fixed an occasional issue where the perk save file could get corrupted.

⬆️ - **Changes and Additions**
- The sniper scope now uses your screen, increasing performance greatly.
- Added new damage framework internally, allowing us to make objects do things when hit with ease.
- Lasers are based on distance for length.
- Red canisters can now be shot to explode.
- The generator can be turned off with a pickaxe.
- More UI improvements, should scale properly on larger screens.
- Dead AI's should no longer function after 60 seconds.
- Extraction has been improved.
- Upon being called, the helicopter has a 60 second "landing period"
- After this landing period, the helicopter waits for 5 minutes.
- If half the researchers enter the circle in this 5 minute, the timer goes to one minute.
- At the end of the minute, all researchers who are outside the circle will not evacuate.
- Nightmare detector has been changed to pair with the Motion Detector
- When the motion detector senses an enemy, it displays the enemy with x-ray.
- The x-ray view only lasts as long as the beep lasts.
- The beeper does not work when holstered.

- All reinforcement bugs fixed (There shouldn't be any case where you can't respawn unless the tokens are out, also keep in mind a player is only able to be respawned 15 seconds after their death, and also remember you can reinforce multiple players at once by clicking the status report menu, spawn playable enemy after every death disables reinforcements)
- Net code heavily optimized (Sounds like a bunch of developer nonsense right? Well actually this means desync between players will be at a all time low and also fix various bugs unnamed on the patch notes.)
- Nuclear awareness fix (Issue where Nuclear awareness would tell you, you were infected when you actually weren't)
- Helicopter fuel tied to framerate fix + massive helicopter fuel buff
- Overlapping base camp 2 laser fix
- Not being able to click computer objectives fix (Will automatically open windows when hovering over a button in the computer, fixes original issue of not being able to click open documents as client)
- Brought back vehicles driving off if you get out of them while holding down s or w (I liked this one from the jump never viewed it as a bug until people started posting about it, but after seeing the massive support for the feature I have brought it back fully)
- Leeches made larger/more visible
- Performance optimizations
- Spectators not hearing alive players fix (Could require more testing, at least in our play tests after the fixes we weren't able to replicate the issue, However, if you see it again let me know!)
- Global voice chat volume not being applied at start of the game fix
- Invisible leeches fix
- Random death bug fix (Where host would seemingly get a fade out to black and hear a sfx as if they died but they really didn't
- Skins missing accessories fixes (YES THIS INCLUDES THE WWII SKIN) (If you were previously affected by this bug and don't see any change after the update, equip a default skin and then click the back button, then repeat the process but equip the skin you like and it should be fixed!)
- Rare but slim chance for overcast weather type

As for the base update, the goal is to get it live before Christmas, the hope was to get it done sooner but unfortunately the last update wasn't quite stable enough to leave off on.
