Might be me missing something but the mission XMARS seems to be functionally broken for me, in that I can't upgrade the subterra lab. That of course means no scummers, and that means I can't force the enemy frame to disengage. Is this a bug, or am I not meant to be able to? I'm sure I (at one point) accidentally caused a disengage with Diggers which afik aren't even supposed to do that but I was out of ideas, but this wasn't at the right time to capture it. Sometimes it seems you cant raise the shield on your own energy cores. Is there some sort of cool-down or something ...perhaps after you capture one.
