Fixed small bugs:

In some cases the Start button would not work on the gamepad, this should be fixed now
In some cases you could not go right when using a gamepad, this will be fixed for future players, some of you might have to go inside the settings menu and rebind this key manually for now.

Quick patch for a quick bug:

If you had the item "Last-aid Kit" and did not get enough ingredients at the end of the wave from it to make a potion, the game would freeze
Also improved the wording of the english tutorial
