Hello everyone, welcome to Landoria!

Recently we launched our very first alpha footage of Landoria's gameplay video on April 11, 2024. The main game loop is already complete: you play as a single player against the computer, starting the campaign in the world stage, your heroes enter a lobby scene during an encounter, and the battle scene is where you unleash you skills against the enenmies. The general theme in Landoria is casual cartoon fantasy style with a low-poly 3D visuals.

There are over 130 heroes across 7 factions (including neutral). Each hero has their own set of name, portrait, hero stats, strategy and skills, which we have showcased several in our gameplay video, including lightning strike, metoer storm, sonic boom etc.

There's still a lot more content we need to add to the game:

• Heroes, Skills and Strategies: We are planning about altogether 170 heroes, more skills and strategies to give more variation and uniqueness to the configuration of the individual heroes that you will meet in Landoria.
  
• Campaign: The game is currently missing a key component, that is the Campaigns. We are only starting to work on Campaigns which will tell the story of Landoria through the encounter and interaction between heroes. Each faction should get at least one campaign, although it may not be released all at once. A lot of artwork is going to be required for this as well.
  
• Terrain Effect: The terrain upon which the battle happens should affect the strength of the army.
  
• Visuals and Animations: There are still room for improvement for many of the visual aspects such as the UI elements, battlefield scene design, skills, troop and hero animations. We hope to update them along the way.

I am currently working full time on Landoria as a solo game dev, and I am excited to work on everything that makes it an enjoyable game. We do not have a fixed release date at the moment, but the next milestone will be a decent playable demo in a couple of months.
