I am getting a "oh no, it crashed" error on startup

I've played the game for over 100hrs and this is the first time I am getting this error. I've tried everything - uninstalling steam, ubisoft connect, the game, i even formatted windows. Can anyone help?

Launch Crash - i can't start the game.

I bought the game but i cannot launch it, a crash message appear istantly after launching the game. I am using windows 11. I tried to change all possible pc settings but the game doesn't work. I hope someone anwer me o i will ask a refound.

Startup problem

When I try to start The Settlers New Allies, when it loads, nothing happens, the screen goes black. Is there anyone who has the same problem as me?

FIX THE DARN GAME UBISOFT- FIXED - 15-4-2025

Cant start the game......AND NO i wont roll back a Windows 11 Update. FIX IT.

The ubisoft+ launcher is constantly breaking for some reason so I can barely play this game. Can't stand ubisoft for things like this. It is a shame because the game seems like it would be fun if I could actually get to play it and learn the mechanics.
