Store page says it has them, but no achievements showing up, no badge showing up. Is there some sort of a delay on this stuff getting added? Just curious what is going on with that.

Hello. That's some time I've bought this game already, and it won't start at all. No error happens, but the process "werfault.exe" briefly starts, stops, re-starts and re-stops, and it stops Dreamscape.exe. I'm on Windows 8.1, I've tried all compatibility options for Dreamscape.exe, launched in administrator each time, added the exception in Windows firewall and googled like a mad without success. Any help is appreciated....
