Hello @Travellers !

We finally welcome Alpha version 0.6.0 of Swappy World! The update is already available on Steam, you should be able to download it shortly 🙂

As promised: there are many important new features, but they mainly concern important stability and bugfix work that we have been carrying out over the last few weeks to ensure the best possible experience, also based on your feedback and the bugs you have reported.

Important: Update save version to 3: previous save data will be deleted. We’re sorry for this, but it’s very important because we notice that many bugs can be attributed to broken saves from older versions of the game.

Added

Copper pickaxe (more durability and deal 3 damage to rock / metal deposits)
Iron Pickaxe (more durability and deal 5 damage to rock / metal deposits)
Copper axe (more durability and deal 3 damage to trees)
Iron axe(more durability and deal 5 damage to trees)

Rebalancing

Maximum carry weight 40 → 60
Log weight 8 → 5

Bug fixes

fix wrong red item slot in inventory after drop a broken item
Fix card overlapping in caves
Fix quest sistem
Fix weight bug in object information (regardings floating weight values, for examples you saw 1 weight for stone instead of 0.5)
Fix the repair of objects
Fix double item consumption in belt
Fix the item saving bug
Fix drop system
Fix broken biomes after save
Fix the rotation of the cards overnight
Fix object that stays on the belt even after use
Fix mapping of buttons in inventory

Demo Went Well For Me, Not Many Bugs, Left Me Wanting More

I loved the demo and wanted to keep going but the boss died too fast... :P Just kidding, he was tough when I 1st met him so I ran away and prepared. I found the cave and spent a few hours mining. I had 3 copper clubs from defeating orcs (or were they ogres? I forgot already.) Which made farming copper clubs easier because I used their own weapon against them. Suggestion 1: Make the enemy drops have a random chance or make copper items have a smaller chance to drop than wood or stone items. This will make ...

It just needs a few tweaks

The game looks promising, you just have to fix a few bugs and give a bit more details on how to use ranged weapons. The most problematic bug right now is the bug where you cannot delete items and broken items, when dropped, turn into fixed items without the crafting bench. Other than that all you have to do by then would either add more features (While looking out for bugs of course), more lore, and more items to craft/discover. I hope this helped....

Demo feedback.

Game so boring for me. Not intuitive UI and not balanced stamina. + Would be nice to switch window by one button. For example click c - open inventory, another click c - close inventory. + items in inventory use for double click or at least RMB. Double click berry - eat. Double click on the ax - equip him, etc + apple tree not give you an apple. + can't cut the apple tree in forest for 3 free slots and build camp Game need so much polling and implement some story. For example little bit about obelisk...
