I'm crying. Out of joy. I've missed this series when I was a kid, now purchased all 5 episodes and played them through in order. I really liked the first one, a point'n'click adventure without brain-damaging twisted puzzles and an interesting story. I've coped with the second despite being a big downgrade. I'm actually one of the few people who liked the third, the controls were a mess, but the adventure was clearly there. The fourth was a huge letdown and one of the few games I've dropped. But this one.... is PERFECT.

The number of puzzles I wouldn't be able to figure could be counted on one hand, and even then the hint system was perfect, giving more and more specific hints. The story was simply awesome, the best kind, started small, and spiraled into bigger and bigger things. The characters (based by this point) were there being themselves, and the new ones were a fine addition. The graphic and sound were just perfect for the genre. The operated with a modest amount of scenes, but as the story progressed they've evolved. The clues (not the hints, but the remarks made by the characters upon inspecting objects) were right on the spot. The jokes worked. The endgame was satisfying.

It is the best (retro) classical point'n'click adventure.

Yes, this was supposed to be the real Broken Sword 3.
