So i bought the game, and i click the icon, then the steam launching thing opens up.......then nothing happens? Any fix?

My game doesn't Launch and I can play the other game the same creator made

All my games open work and even play Malicious Reload 2. All I had to do is switch the language region to Japanese and it worked perfectly fine according to the description the developer left. What missing downloads or settings do I need in order for the game to work. Please help thanks....
