Has anyone discovered how to get this achievement?

Thanks for making such an amazing game lol. also if you have not played this then make sure you pay attention to the story its just perfect.

The new update might've glitched the bowling ball puzzle. Before I was able to do it but now there is no ball. Now there only appears with the orange bowling ball pane and the reset button next to it doesn't seem to do anything. There's no blue pane there or bowling ball already there when you walk in. I'm not sure if it's possible that it's only a me thing and it works for others but in my situation, no matter what different ways I go about it, even restarting from the beginning and playing everything dif...
