Hello, I have a problem with running clients. Each time I want to run a client on a different machine, Steam prevents it and shuts down server instance. Is there a workaround for this?

Will the $7 dollar starter give me an "episode" of the full game? Is there a reason to buy the $35 version? Will it give me any game benefits besides being longer? Inquiring minds want to know.
