The selected designs will become a Vivid World official Discord sticker and the member who submits the design will receive original merch: *The merch is a set of goods distributed to visitors at Tokyo Game Show 2024!


Design ideas can be submitted through the designated form, and also by posting your original illustration at "#sticker idea" channel!

*Please note that a Discord account is required for this campaign. Be sure to follow the specified application method and conditions.
*The official Asobism Discord server is available only in English and Japanese.

- All applicants: exclusive Discord role “#Vivid World Sticker-making club” (hereinafter referred to as “the role”)
- User whose design idea is selected: Set of the original patch and button badge (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”)

All applicants applying to a campaign "Vivid World Sticker Design Idea Wanted!" (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) must adhere to the application guidelines. If you are under the age of legal majority in your country or region, please obtain the consent of your parent or guardian before applying for this campaign.
By entering this campaign, you will be deemed to have agreed to these application guidelines and to have obtained the consent of your parent or guardian.

The conditions for application are as follows. Those who fulfill all the conditions will be eligible for the prize distribution and drawing.
- You must be a member of the official Asobism Discord server
- You must follow the instructions in the section: “How to Apply.”
- You must be able to communicate in either English or Japanese.

- The cost of applying for this campaign shall be borne by the applicant.
- The right to receive the prize cannot be transferred or lent to a third party, regardless of whether it is paid or unpaid. Application for the purpose of resale or sale on auction sites, etc., will not be accepted.
- Please ensure that you adhere to Discord's Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms) when submitting your application.
- If you are selected as a duplicate winner, please notify us immediately by sending a message to the DM from Asobism staff who notified you of your selection. If you are found to be a duplicate winner without notifying us, your entry to this campaign and all future campaigns may be invalidated.

The applications will be disqualified from the lottery in the following circumstances.
- If the applicant or the user invited by the applicant has left Asobism official Discord server by the end of the campaign.
- If there is a possibility that the number of invited users has been increased maliciously by using multiple Discord accounts.
- Any other cases that Asobism deems inappropriate.

In the following cases, the winner will be deemed to have declined to accept the prize.
- The user leaves Asobism official Discord server before the prize is sent.
- The user does not reply to the DM within 3 days from the date of the notification (including the failure of delivery or delay of the DM due to the communication environment, etc.)
- The user's privacy settings prevent receiving the DM sent from Asobism staff
(you can adjust the settings from the “Privacy Settings”).
- The user's Discord account information is edited before sending the prizes.
- Other circumstances that prevent Asobism staff from contacting the user.
- Other circumstances that Asobism deems fraudulent, and may cause a lack of equality in the operation of the campaign.

- One person may submit as many designs as they wish. (However, no duplicate design idea may be submitted.)
- The sticker design idea must be the applicant's own work, unpublished and unentered to other application processes, and must not infringe on any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights such as copyrights.
- All copyrights (including rights under Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act), trademark rights (including the right to apply for trademark registration), and all other intellectual property rights related to the adopted sticker design ideas belong to Asobism Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter the "Company") The moral rights of authorship shall not be exercised.
- The design of the sticker and the role icon will be selected by the Company from the applications received during the period. The design of the adopted sticker may be supplemented, modified, or otherwise altered at the discretion of the Company. The applicant agrees in advance to any such modifications and agrees not to raise any objections. The Company reserves the right to reject any or all of the submitted sticker designs.
- The submitted sticker designs may be used within the server by all Discord users who subscribe to the server, and may also be used by the Company in various advertising media produced for publicity purposes. In this case, no royalty fee will be charged.
- The Company will not be able to respond to any inquiries regarding the results of the selection process.
- If any of the following are found to be grounds for disqualification during or after the selection process, the company may revoke the selection of the applicant.
Entries that are obscene, cruel, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive to third parties.
Entries that are offensive to public order and morals.
Entries with omissions or errors in any required information.
Entries that contain personal information of the applicant or a third party.
Entries that have been licensed for use by a third party.
Any other entries that the Company deems inappropriate.
- We reserve the right to delete any stickers that have been adopted for use on our servers without prior notice.
- We will consider that you have agreed to these application guidelines at the time of application.

- Only one application per account will be accepted.
- We will not be able to respond to inquiries regarding the result.

The winners will be notified by a Direct Message (hereinafter referred to as “DM”) on Discord from Asobism's official account.

- Role: Distributed sequentially after March 18, 2025
- Goods: Around April 2025 (scheduled)
* Please note that there may be a delay in distribution due to unavoidable circumstances.

Prizes will be distributed and shipped to the winners in the following manner.
- Roles will be awarded sequentially after March 18th.
- DM will be sent to the winners using the direct message function of Discord to notify them of their winners.
- In accordance with the contents of the winning notification DM, please fill out the necessary information for prize shipment and send a reply DM within 3 days from the date of receiving the notification DM.
- Prizes will be distributed and shipped after the information in the reply DM has been confirmed.

In the following cases, the winner will be deemed to have declined to receive the prize.
- If the winner leaves Asobism official Discord server before the prizes are distributed or shipped.
- When the reply to the DM is not confirmed within 3 days from the date of sending the prize notification DM (including non-delivery or delay of DM due to communication environment, etc.)
- If you are unable to receive direct messages due to reasons such as turning off the DM field in your privacy settings (you can adjust them from “Privacy Settings”).
- If you have changed your Discord account information before the prizes are sent or shipped.
- If Asobism official Discord account does not receive a reply by the deadline.
When the prize distribution or shipping address is incomplete.

If you have not received your prize within 2 months from the date of the DM reply, please let us know via DM.
The shipping address for the goods shall be the winner's own address. For delivery outside Japan, small packages (airmail) from Japan Post will be used.

In the following cases, the prize will be invalidated.
- If it is confirmed after the notification that the prize has been won that the delivery address is in a country or region with restrictions on the handling of Japan Post's small packages (airmail).
- If the prize is returned to us for any reason after the prize has been shipped.

In the unlikely event that sales tax and customs duties are imposed on the prize recipient (winner), we will notify the recipient of the amount via DM before delivery.
The right to receive prizes, whether paid or unpaid, may not be transferred or lent to a third party. Reselling, auctioning, or selling the prizes on auction sites is prohibited.

Applicants' personal information will be handled in accordance with the “Privacy Policy” stated on the official website. In this case, the information will not be used for the purposes stated in Article 1, Items 1 and 2 of the “Handling of Personal Information,” but only for notifying the results of the drawing, distributing the prizes, and responding to inquiries regarding this campaign, and all information will be discarded after a reasonable period has passed since the prizes are sent.

The Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue this campaign at its discretion. We will not be held responsible for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the operating environment of Discord and related applications in connection with the application of this campaign.

We reserve the right to change the application guidelines without prior notice if we deem it necessary.
This campaign is not related to Discord or Discord Inc.
We are not responsible for any restrictions or freezing of Discord accounts resulting from submissions to this campaign.
