to believe the antichrist invented this game?

I played the previous games long time ago, was fond of the first one and confused with the second and left wanting to know how it ended. So I would like to know if the game is now fully completed and whether if it will offer me a satisfying conclusion.

I recently had a new PC system built and for some reason Dreamfall won't boot up. I installed it directly from Steam and then hit play. I get the Red Thread intro screen and then it exits to my desktop. I seriously doubt it could be my system. I'm on Win-11, CPU is i9 14900K, Graphics is MSI RTX 4060 2x8GB, and I have 64GB of Ram, and all my drives are Samsung 990 Pro M.2 (NVMes). So any thoughts on why the game won't boot up? thanks...

Is there a public community discord server for folks who love Red Thread Games?

I get all the way through the opening credits for the game, but it crashes on me when I get past the "Made on Norway" screen before the opening menu. An fixes? I tried the "OPENSSL_ia32cap" variable bit, but it doesn't help. I am using an nVidia GeForce RTX 3060 with all the drivers updated....
