I've been looking around for Marshall for days trying to advance the main and side quests in Chapter 4 but I can't find him anywhere. I've made friends with Bell and now I have to talk to Marshall but he is not showing up. I can't advance the main quest line without finding him and I have looked everywhere at different times of the day. Is this a bug?...
