I've been an issue with steam vr. If i start a game in steam vr in vr for example ,,surgeon simulator" it goes in kind of a desktop play mode not vr mode. Could someone help?

There was a poster who claimed to have emailed the devs and gotten a reply that they were going to adjust the Damage/Cost mechanics soon but I haven't seen any official announcements about it.
