How much cpu/gpu/ram does this use I know it will be based on model but whats a decent llm to run with this and not eat up 100% resources so I can still play games and stream?

When I first started the program, the model appeared on my screen, however, when I downloaded a model and tried to use it, the program didn't load it. It took an hour because I was like, "Hmm, maybe it's loading slowly," but it didn't. I tried to change the model to the default one and nothing.
