So, maybe it's been reported before, but I was re-designing the workshop areas. Tried to delete a few old forges without hitting the conveyor belts, but the right-stick cursor randomly timed out and I got the components for the teleport pad for some reason. It still shows up, but is gone the next reload of the area or on the next day (tested it).
