VETERAN REWARDS

All players eligible for the Veteran Reward will receive a second copy of the LVOA-C in their in-game mailbox.
- To ensure proper scaling, log in with your highest-level character to receive a version of the weapon appropriate to your current level.

WINTER EVENT 

The annual winter holiday celebrations will be back in The Division 2 this December, and with it the return of festive-themed cosmetics.

The Winter Event starts on December 10th and ends on December 26th. 
Winter Event is available for all players, regardless of ownership of DLC. All objectives are located in Washington DC.  
The event consists of two project chains: an easy track and a hard track, each featuring 6 projects to complete. These objectives consist of time trials, where players must complete specific missions and beat the target times to succeed.

MODIFIERS

The Team Leader now has control over activating or deactivating the modifiers for the group members.
 “Requital” stacks increased to 30 from 10 and the damage per stack is now reduced to 0.075% for a maximum of 2.25% reflected damage at 30 stacks. [nerf]
“Master of None” now applies Disorient at long range instead of Paralysis.

VANITY

Fixed the issue with Hyena Redeemed Pants clipping with multiple shirts and boots.
Fixed the issue with Virtuoso Pants clipping with multiple shirts.
Fixed the issue with Virtuoso Hat clipping with multiple glasses and masks.
Fixed the issue with the ISAC brick not being present on Low Life Backpack.

OTHER 

Added other minor UI fixes.

Low ping BUT hits taking more than 3 seconds to register?

FPS 110 ping 45m/s I shoot at a patrol and can count 3 seconds before the patrol reacts and the dmg pops up, Any ideas?

Division 2 offers more variety on weapons , loots and contents , but it's still the same thing over and over again , every encounter feels the same , I really do hope they'll add stealth and takedown in the next game if there'll be one , overall the game is somewhat fun to play through , I prefer this over Division 1.
My final thought : only get this on sale.

game still active?

I own the game on ubisoft and I have warlords so no reason for me to have on steam, but im wondering if the game still has a solid player base, when I initially got the game it ran like crap, granted that was a few years ago and my specs were alot worse, but last I played I also remember seeing nothing but chinese players except maybe 1 or 2 other english speakers aside from myself...

Veteran Rewards Program

Agents,

Gear up and prepare to reunite with an old friend. The Veteran Rewards Program is launching on November 28th at 10 AM CET. This program is our way of honoring the dedication and loyalty of our community, especially those who have been with us since the early days of The Division.

What is the Veteran Rewards Program?

The Veteran Rewards Program is designed to reward our players by bringing back a piece of Division history. Remember the trusty LVOA-C Assault Rifle from The Division? It’s returning to The Division 2, complete with a custom Lexington weapon skin that honors iconic battles in New York City.

How does it work?

When logging into The Division 2 after the program goes live, you'll receive a notification indicating that you've received your reward. The rewards are cumulative and based on your history with The Division series.

Please note that this reward is not account-wide and will only apply to a single character. Choose carefully which character will receive it. If you do not want your Hardcore character to claim the reward, make sure to log in with your Standard character instead.

Here are the qualifications for the different tiers:

Veteran Bronze

Eligibility: First login to either The Division or The Division 2 after November 28, 2024
Reward: Named LVOA-C and bronze Lexington weapon skin for it.

Veteran Silver

Eligibility: First login to either The Division or The Division 2 between January 2, 2024 and November 27, 2024.
Reward: Named LVOA-C and silver Lexington weapon skin for it.

Veteran Gold

Eligibility: Logged into The Division before January 1, 2024.
Reward: Named LVOA-C and gold Lexington weapon skin for it.

A Closer Look at the LVOA-C

For many agents, the LVOA-C was more than just a weapon, it was a reliable partner during the toughest missions. As a one-time drop, your LVOA-C will come with all attributes maxed out right from the start.

The weapon comes with Damage to Targets Out of Cover as its third attribute. The talent is random upon drop, and you have the freedom to reconfigure it to suit your playstyle.
With the LVOA-C back in your arsenal it’s time to create new memories while honoring the old.
