Game-Breaking Saving Issue [SPOILERS]

I had absolutely no problems until I got to The Hub - After being in the house. Once I got to the Hub, the game saved itself, but the cassette tape save mechanic stopped working. I wasn't aware of this until my game froze after activating the AI. I just decided to reload the game. When I loaded the game, I realized that I was back at the beginning of the Hub and lost over an hour of progress. I kept trying to save the game, but it never said it saved, and the new save point didn't show up in the list ...

i just started this game my items are candles, matches, cabinet keys, and old weighing scales but I didn't find any more clues and all the rooms were locked what do I have to do?

HUD Achievements

It won't give me the last 4 achievements in the HUD. 1. Trophy Room 2. Finishing the game. 3. Collecting all the energy drinks in HUD 4. Collecting all ammo in the HUD. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I've restarted the game and played through again, I don't know what else to do....
