hey does anyone have the models of the characters, and the textures? i wanna do some stuff with the models

I don't know if there's anyone that knows how to solve this or what I'm talking about, but if I keep my game at 1080p it cuts most of my screen in-game and I can only partially see it. I've tried turning v-sync on and off I tried other settings and it doesn't seem to fix it. What bothers me is I have never had this issue 2 years ago when I played this for the first time or even any other issues for that matter, I don't know if it's because I've upgraded my PC but I'm still on windows 10.
