Shrieking Darkness is being removed from Steam, there are several reasons for this move.

Valve has requested that we inform you of our decision.


Primary Reason for the Move
Renovate Software LTD is no longer a registered company and the project's developer (also the CEO of the company) has decided to market the game in a different light on a different platform.

The developer has made this decision to hope to revitalise the project and regain some publicity. The game was released about 1 year too early on Steam which led to an influx of initially negative reviews which has killed public interest. The game will also be receiving its version 1.4 update in commemoration of this move.

This includes complete offline support and the removal of Steamworks from the project, with some major bug fixes and file size reduction.
